OSSM open house set
Is the Oklahoma School of Science and Math Regional Center here at GCTC right for you? You are invited to OSSM open house 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2 at the main campus seminar center.
Prospective students and their parents can meet Professor Heather Voss, learn about the program, meet and talk to some some current students, tour facilities, and see the well-equipped OSSM physics lab.
The Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics Regional Center provides advanced educational opportunities and challenges for high school juniors and seniors in the Gordon Cooper Technology Center district who are gifted in the areas of science and math. The school is a branch of the prestigious Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics in Oklahoma City. Students enroll in both college level calculus and physics during a three-hour period in either the morning or afternoon.
