Only Oklahoma residents who are 18 and older are eligible to register and win. Employees of Oklahoma's CareerTech and their families are not eligible to enter or win.

Four sets of tickets will be given away, one in each quadrant of the state. The prize includes two adult admission tickets only, no accommodations, transportation, or spending money.
