Gordon Cooper Technology Center's facility has a variety of meeting rooms. Rooms are assigned according to the anticipated guaranteed number of guests. If there are changes in the actual number of guests, Gordon Cooper reserves the right to reassign the rooms. Room rental is charged for all meeting rooms in the facility. However, the amount may be reduced or waived depending upon the amount of food sales.
Whether your event calls for a modest continental breakfast, a simple luncheon, or a seven course meal, our Hospitality Manager can accommodate you. CLICK HERE for menu items and prices. If you have some special needs or ideas, our Hospitality Manger will be happy to assist you in any way.
Menu and meeting room requirements are due two (2) weeks prior to your function. Gordon Cooper reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions for menu items due to supply limitations. All bookings must be guaranteed with a $50.00 nonrefundable deposit. All menu changes after the booking will be assessed a $35.00 charge per booking/change.
Gordon Cooper is an educational facility which offers an early childhood education program or in which children in grades kindergarten through twelfth are educated shall prohibit smoking, the use of snuff, chewing tobacco or any form of tobacco product in the buildings an on the grounds of the facility by all persons including, but not limited to, full-time, part-time, and contract employees, during the hours of 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM, during the school session, or when class or any program established for students is in session. An educational facility may designate smoking areas outside the buildings for the use of adults during certain activities or functions, including, but not limited to, athletic contests.
The use, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages, including low-point beer on district property or in district facilities is prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any person, except a police officer or other person authorized by the board of education of that district or governing body for any public or private school, to have a firearm in his or her possession on any public or private school property. (21-1272 + 21-1290.22)

Day Rate = 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday
For your meeting we offer tablecloths at $10.00 a piece and tableskirts at $20.00 a piece.
Saturday custodial clean up fee is an additional $150.00 charge Items available upon request with all bookings: TV & VCR, PA & Mic system, overhead, white board, flip chart
